Our Park

Harmony Valley Dog Park is an off-leash park located in Oshawa, ON featuring 25 acres of fields, trails a a winding creek running through he heart of the green space. There are designated on-leash and off-leash areas where your dog(s) can run, play, socialize with other dogs, and smell all the smells. The park is home to some of the most beautiful trails in Oshawa. It is a great opportunity to spend time with your family and friends while walking your companion.

Park Rules

Please show etiquette and be responsible when in use of the park by following these simple rules:

  1. Please “SCOOP THE POOP” (By-law 83-2000) and use the waste cans provided
  2. Respect the rights of all park users
  3. Dogs are to be leashed when entering or leaving the leash free area
  4. Dogs should be in view of their owners are all times and under voice control
  5. Dogs should be licensed and fully vaccinated (puppies to have 12 week shots)
  6. Parents, keep a watching eye on your children
  7. Respect wildlife and vegetation
  8. Please remove pronged collars in the leash free areas (choke collars not advised)
  9. DON’T LITTER
  10. Dogs in heat, sick dogs, and aggressive dogs are requested to NOT user the park
